Armstrong Pulls a Favre and Un-retires
Apparently Lance Armstrong is un-retiring. I don’t have any secret sources close to Lance, so I don’t know any more than what Velonews is reporting. Neal Rogers over there at Velonews is reporting that Lance will return to a limited race schedule with Astana next year. The schedule includes the Tour de France.
The way I see it, Astana has nothing but upside with Lance. Obviously he is a great rider, and the rumor is that he will race for free. The story goes that Lance will post his drug test results on-line so that us doubters can finally accept him as a clean rider. But what happens if he rides clean and loses? Competition is pretty stiff out there…..Frank Schleck, Andy Schleck, Alberto Contador, Levi Leipheimer, Carlos Sastre, and dare I say it maybe Floyd Landis (probably not). If Lance doesn’t win, the doubters will have more ammunition. This is the double or nothing approach to clearing one’s name, and I, personally, wouldn’t be willing to make that gamble.
This should be filed under the heading of “What is he thinking?” Except he will probably prove me wrong and win the Tour again.

Hi nice post, i have come across your site once before when searching for something so i was just wondering something. I love your theme, would it happen to be a free one i can download, or is it a custom one you had made? In a few months i may get my own domain, but i don’t know how to setup themes so i don’t mind paying someone to make me a nice one and set it all up. Do you know any good Wordpress designer companies, thanks for your help.
