Specialized Buyout Just an Elaborate April Fools Joke
Don’t worry all you Specialized Bicycle fans…..General Motors is not buying the company. Carlton Reid of BikeBiz.com reported late last night that General Motors was buying Specialized Bicycles. Several other outlets picked it up and mentioned it cautiously since it is April Fool’s day today. A firestorm of blog posts, forum posts, and e-mails swirled about early today based on this news, but it turns out to be a very well thought out April Fools Joke. Good one Carlton! I am glad it isn’t t true.
P.S. Judge Judy isn’t deciding the Landis appeal either.
