Levi Still Strong at End of Season
Levi Leipheimer showed us today that his form is top notch even though he trained to peak for the Tour de France in July. Last week, he won the U.S. Road Championship, and today he blew away the field in the 18 mile time trial stage in the Tour of Missouri. It is amazing how strong Levi has been all year. He won the Tour of California way back in March, and he is still winning races 6 months later. Most riders can’t keep top form for the entire season, but Levi has the strength and determination to keep it going. He is still tight lipped on who he will be riding for next year….anyone hearing Team BMC rumors?
