Kloden Suspects Broken Tailbone
Andreas Kloden, currently in 2nd place, may have broken his tailbone in a crash earlier today. It was about 75 KM before the end of today’s stage when something caused him to crash into a ditch on the side of the road. He fought back to the peloton, but now his tour is in doubt. Broken tailbones are almost deal killer. It is sad to see some of the best competition banged up and pulling out before the real race starts.
